We recommend reserving as early as possible. Space is limited each season, as installation days and crew availability can only accommodate a set number of homes.

Installations are organized by delivery week. When you reserve, you'll select the week you'd like your display installed. Within that week, our team will schedule your installation based on route planning and availability.  

Because Pumpkins & Pines installs are outdoors and seasonal, inclement weather may occasionally affect timing. Should this occur, our team will promptly communicate with you and adjust your installation to the next available window — always prioritizing your display’s quality and your convenience.

Yes — we serve Barrington, the extended area, the North Shore, and select Chicagoland suburbs. Delivery fees range from free to $100 depending on your zone.

Yes. For clients seeking the earliest possible installation, we offer a White-Glove Expedited Delivery Service. Your display will be scheduled within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, with priority placement at the start of the day. Pricing is tiered by package: Estate $250, Manor $350, Ranch $475. This service is limited and subject to availability.

Yes. White-Glove Delivery & Staging is optional for the Autumn Welcome and Classic Fall Packages ($75), and included with the Harvest, Estate, Manor, and Ranch Fall Packages.

Each package includes the option for season-end removal, with pricing specific to that package.

Select décor items that remain in good condition are repurposed by donating them to local farms for animal feed.

Pumpkins & Pines curates each package with a premium mix of seasonal varieties, including Mystic Plus, Bisbee Gold, Field Trip, and other specialty pumpkins. While we strive to include every listed variety, availability may require thoughtful substitutions. Any replacements will be of equal or greater quality, ensuring the same elevated look and feel.

Pumpkins & Pines specializes in creating displays for private residences as well as select businesses, HOA associations, and community spaces. Our curated packages scale beautifully for both personal and shared settings, including boutiques, restaurants, neighborhood entrances, and country clubs. For larger-scale or HOA projects, we provide dedicated support — please email us directly to discuss your specific needs.

Our pumpkins and greenery are selected at peak freshness to carry you through the season. Outdoor conditions vary, but most pumpkins remain vibrant for several weeks, and fresh evergreens are chosen to stay beautiful through the holidays. As with all natural products, variation is normal — but every installation is staged to look refined from day one through season’s end.

Yes. Package prices are taxable. Optional service add-ons are non-taxable.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online payments through our website. Digital gift certificates may also be applied toward any order. Cash and checks are accepted in person at our showroom, please email us to arrange an appointment.

Yes. Pumpkins & Pines digital gift certificates are available in any amount. They make an elegant gift for family, friends, clients, or colleagues, and may be redeemed toward any fall or winter package,

service add-on, or custom order.

All sales are final. Because Pumpkins & Pines works with seasonal products and limited installation dates, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. We appreciate your understanding as this ensures we can honor commitments to all clients and maintain the highest level of service.

Yes. Our winter collection will be unveiled soon, and availability is limited each season. Clients who also booked a fall package receive priority scheduling, but winter-only reservations are always welcome. You may also join our Winter Waitlist or request a Christmas Hold by email to secure your spot early.
