Terms and Conditions

Seasonal décor packages and service add-ons are built around limited product availability and scheduled installation dates.

By placing an order, clients agree to these terms. 

Optional add-ons are non-refundable once scheduled.

In the rare event that substitutions of natural décor items (such as pumpkins, greenery, or seasonal accents) are necessary due to supply, replacements will be of equal or greater quality.

Weather or other unforeseen conditions may adjust delivery timing, but our team will communicate promptly with clients to ensure fulfillment.

Return and Refund Policy 

All sales are final.

Because Pumpkins & Pines works with seasonal products and limited installation dates, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

If any items arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, clients must notify us within 48 hours of installation. This allows our team to promptly assess and, if appropriate, make adjustments.

After this period, natural variation and aging of seasonal décor is expected and not considered grounds for replacement or refund.

Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Pumpkins and Pines, from 847-598-1477  regarding account notification, delivery notification. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance.
